I don't usually run for the bling, I much prefer to collect PRs or run with friends, but this is truly a beauty. At 4.5 inches wide, it's apparently the largest finisher's medal in Florida. I can't wait to have this around my neck on Sunday.

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday: Sarasota Bling
I don't usually run for the bling, I much prefer to collect PRs or run with friends, but this is truly a beauty. At 4.5 inches wide, it's apparently the largest finisher's medal in Florida. I can't wait to have this around my neck on Sunday.

The Non blingy-ness of you is one reason I really like you. But I agree, I think that is an AWESOME medal...I'm very jealous. I'm on a quest to collect a Marathon PR, so nothing for me....I hope you post it when it is around your neck!
