Today's workout was about the same as Wednesday, but I guess a tad easier. The 5 minute runs are tough, but doable--at a snail's pace of course. =) I was worried I'd be too sore to run after my
8.7 mile bike ride yesterday but it went well. I even rode my bike to work (2 miles) afterwards. I am feeing great and I plan to ride my bike to work at least 3-4 days a week. Gas is too damn expensive and this will be a great way to kill 2 birds with one stone: I'll save money and get fit at the same time.
