Wow. You accomplished a lot this week. Congratulations again on maintaining the vegetarian diet!
Thanks Mary! I think I'll maintain it past April, but won't beat myself up if I have chicken or fish every so often. However, I don't think I'm going to go looking to eat a meal with meat :)
